Finding a mail logistics partner, who values your business ethics and customer expectations as much as you, can be tricky and you’ll want to get it right first time.

As we’ve said in previous blogs, speaking to mail logistics companies is one way to make sure they can offer you what you need, but before you do that, hearing from other customers can help you create a much stronger short list before you pick up the phone.

Reviews of Asendia

First of all, a little background. Asendia specialise in international parcel and mail services for businesses, with leading brands like Boden, Urban Outfitters and Vision Express, trusting us with their mail and parcels.

Asendia has fulfilment centres in Italy, Singapore, USA, Australia, and New Zealand where you can keep some of your stock ready to be picked, packed, and shipped as soon as it’s ordered.

We employ 1,500 staff at 35 global locations delivering to 200 countries, and our services are easy to access and we remain transparent in all levels of our business – including our carbon footprint.

We think we’re a good match for businesses of all sizes, but don’t just take our word for it, Here are some Asendia reviews from some of our customers:

  • “Asendia delivery arrived on time, as per the online schedule, in perfect condition. It was securely packaged and contained all the ordered items in the new condition as described… The delivery itself was a five-star performance. I am a completely satisfied customer.” – five stars
  • “Delivery to Malta from the US within only 15 days. This was the smoothest international purchasing transaction I have ever had. Quick response to emails. Thank you so much Asendia.” – five stars
  • “Briar is the most helpful customer support I've ever spoken with (and I myself am a customer support rep)! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.” – five stars
  • “Lori did and is doing a great job working with Jetpack, an enterprise level account. Lori has worked endlessly on this account. Jetpack was having data issues and Lori has utilized our IT assistance as well as manually entered data as needed. Lori is awesome.” – five stars

What about when things go wrong?

Around 97% of parcels sent through the Asendia network are delivered as required, but for any parcel company delivering millions of packages around the world there will be occasional issues that are out or our hands, whether that’s issues at customs, flight delays, incorrect delivery information or something else. It’s how we deal with those issue that sets us apart from the rest.

Asendia’s dedicated customer support team will always try their very best to resolve any issues, providing a professional and friendly service to our business customers and their shoppers, as these reviews of Asendia prove.

  • “I selected the cheapest, full tracked/insured service that my sender was able to offer. Tracking worked well. Package arrived in good condition, slightly later than the worst estimate but only by a few days. Great job would happily use again.” – four stars
  • “Even though my package was lost on the way, they replied very fast and offered a refund when the package didn't come. Customer service was fast to answer and offered a solution. They were accountable and took responsibility. It was unfortunate my package got lost, but these things can happen.” – four stars
  • “After a month delay, I have finally received my package and now have a better grasp of the situation. Previously, I had written a review and given Asendia a one star. However, this wasn't entirely fair because it turns out it was USPS that was at fault, not Asendia. Asendia is often not at fault - it's the mail company they hand it off too. In my case, the USPS was to blame for being slow as sin.” – four stars
