We’re delighted to share that Asendia UK has been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Manufacturing, Production & Transportation™ 2025 by Great Place to Work® UK.
This recognition is based entirely on the anonymous feedback of our colleagues, who shared their views on what it’s like to work at Asendia UK through the Great Place to Work® Trust Index™ survey.
A people-centred approach
Since launching our people strategy in 2022, our focus has been on creating a high-trust, high-performing workplace where colleagues feel valued, engaged, and motivated to deliver great performance and outstanding customer experiences.
To bring this to life, we introduced our UK Culture Champions initiative in 2023. These nominated colleagues represent every site, department, and role across the business. They’ve been instrumental in celebrating our diversity and driving initiatives around engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, and sustainability. Guided by our values, Deliver for our Customers, Strive for Excellence, and Collaborate as One Team, they ensure every initiative reflects the needs of our people and strengthens our culture.
What our colleagues say
Here are just a couple of comments from our Trust Index™ survey:
“I feel right at home with my current job. It makes me feel like I belong, and I can rely on any and all of my colleagues. Even those who are not within my team.”
“It's a very flexible, fair, and multi-cultural organisation that does a lot to recognise success and hard work. When talking to friends about their workplaces, I feel lucky to work for Asendia.”
Leadership reflections
Renaud Marlière, CEO of Asendia UK, said:
“This recognition shows what we can achieve as #OneTeam. By supporting and collaborating with each other, we create a workplace where people feel valued — and that’s what enables us to deliver outstanding experiences for our customers. We’re also committed to wellbeing, inclusion and sustainability, while continuing to invest in learning and development so our colleagues can grow their careers and help shape a responsible future for Asendia.”
Anna McCarron, HR Director of Asendia UK, added:
“It’s our people who make Asendia UK a great place to work. As an HR leader, I’m incredibly proud to see us ranked among the UK’s Best Workplaces in Manufacturing, Production & Transportation™. This recognition is a true reflection of our values and our commitment to creating an ever-evolving, meaningful employee experience.”
Looking ahead
While we’re proud of this achievement, it’s also a reminder of the responsibility we have to continue evolving. From developing new opportunities for learning and growth, to embedding wellbeing and inclusion into everything we do, our journey is ongoing.
At Asendia UK, we believe that when people thrive, customers benefit, and this recognition is another step forward in building a workplace where that’s possible.
