Asendia’s commitment to sustainability remains one of our core values. We are proud to announce that Asendia has achieved the EcoAct Offset Certification for 2019, an environmental accreditation demonstrating Asendia’s ongoing efforts to support climate protection projects by way of carbon offsetting.
As in previous years, all our deliveries within Europe, and from Europe to other continents, were 100% carbon neutral. Asendia’s investments for the CO2 credits have been used to support wind farm projects in India. EcoAct’s India Wind Power Project reduces the reliance on energy generation from fossil fuels and helps communities across India gain access to renewable and sustainable sources of electricity.
