Head of Finance Projects & Transformation

In this role, you will report directly to the Group CFO and oversee a range of finance-related cross-functional pro-jects as part of the department's transformation and the overall growth strategy of the group. Your key responsibili-ties will include coordinating with various stakeholders within the group, leading projects to successful outcomes, and proactively addressing any issues to ensure smooth execution.

Your Tasks

 

You are responsible for leading and overseeing financial projects aimed at improving effi¬ciency and driving strategic transformation at the group level.
You collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
You provide strategic financial insights to support the organization's goals.
You work closely with the CFO on transversal projects and topics and you act as the CFO deputy for some projects or topics.
You prepare documentation for specific group issues, topics, and projects by conducting related audits, reviews, and interview work, which are necessary for the good preparation of the documentation.
You accompany the FSLTC team in defining strategy and actions for transformation and improvement.
You develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to strengthen financial governance.

You facilitate collaboration and coordination among different teams and departments to enhance organizational efficiency and synergy.

 

 

 

Your Profile

 

You have a master's degree level in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field and at least 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting/Controlling positions.
Previous leadership roles in Finance, Project Management or related functions within the logistics and e-commerce industry would be a plus.
Know-how in the financial closing process, strong understanding of financial principles and analysis.
A flair for efficient & and lean processes.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align fi-nance projects and transformations with the overall business strategy.
Very good knowledge (written & spoken) in English & French.
You have a high personal responsibility, per¬severance, and good team spirit and appre-ciate collaboration with different countries and cultures.
Communication skills are vital, as the position may require presenting financial insights and project updates to executive leadership.
