Terms and Conditions are as follows:

• • For Asendia UK Ltd, the promotion will take place from 00:01 01.04.2021 to 11:59 31.12.2021.  Entry into this promotion must be confirmed in writing with your Asendia UK account manager.

   

  • Participants taking part in this promotion will be deemed as having read and accepted these terms and conditions.

   

  • The promotion consists of a discount of £500 against eligible e-PAQ services performed for participants subject to the terms and conditions listed here.

   

  • This discount only applies against freight charges applied by Asendia UK for the eligible e-PAQ services performed and cannot be applied against surcharges, VAT or other Duties and Tax charges.

   

  • A minimum of £2000 must be spent before the 31^st December 2021 on the eligible e-PAQ products/services listed below (in any combination) by new customers taking part in order for the discount to apply.

   

  • The £500 will be discounted against the relevant invoice issued by Asendia UK once the new customer freight charge spend reaches £2000. This discount will only be applied once against each new customer account.

   

  • The promotion is open to new customers of Asendia UK (being customers that have not traded with Asendia UK during 2020 to the promotion start date). All new customers are subject to fulfilling the Asendia UK on-boarding process and satisfying any required due diligence criteria before trading with Asendia UK can commence.

   

  • The new customers must be corporate customers that operate in the Fashion & Apparel and/or Health & Beauty sectors to be eligible to participate in this promotion.

   

  • The promotion applies against the following eligible Asendia UK e-PAQ Products only:
    • e-PAQ
    • Mail
    • Press
    • Fulfilment

   

  • Asendia UK reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control. If this promotion is unable to run properly because of fraud, tampering, technical errors or any other reason beyond Asendia UK’s control which affects the running, administration, security or fairness of this promotion, Asendia UK reserves the right to disqualify any person involved and to cancel, modify or suspend this promotion. Asendia UK will notify eligible entrants of any changes to the promotion as soon as possible where this is the case.

   

  • If someone or something tampers with this promotion in some way whether by fraud (or failure to disclose connected company relationships and setting up separate trading accounts with Asendia UK), technical failures, system errors or other issues, including any such failure which is within the control of Asendia UK, Asendia UK will not be responsible for the promotion, discount offering or for the non-inclusion of participants. No responsibility can be accepted for entries to participate that are not received for whatever reason and cheating or dishonest practices will not be accepted.

   

  • The decision of Asendia UK with respect to all matters to do with this promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. This promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

   

  • If participants suffer any loss or damage that arises out of or in connection with this promotion or the discount itself (whether in contract, tort (including (without limitation) negligence), statutory duty or otherwise) Asendia UK won’t be liable for this.

   

  • Any personal data collected during the new customer’s participation in this promotion will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and our privacy policy found here https://www.asendia.co.uk/privacy-notice and will not be disclosed to a third party without the new customer’s prior consent.
