The Challenge
When Chilly’s Bottles first contacted Asendia in early 2016, they were looking for an affordable European fulfilment service to handle the pick and pack, and distribution for overseas orders. Chilly’s wanted a service that would save them time and hassle and a company that could fulfil and distribute from one convenient location.
The Chilly’s brand celebrates sustainability and reuse, so the company required a logistics partner with strong eco-credentials.
The Solution
Asendia's fulfilment centre in Bedford provides everything Chilly's needs under one roof. This includes flexible storage and pick and pack services that can be scaled. Asendia takes care of international distribution to 30 countries, including domestic UK distribution.
As Chilly’s grows and seeks new markets to enter around the world, Asendia is ideally positioned to provide knowledge, advice and support for international growth. Today the Bedford site accommodates on-site printing of bottles and engraving for Co-Brand customers and personalised bottles.
The best solution for Chilly’s Bottles was to use Asendia’s e-PAQ parcel services. With reliable end-to-end tracking, customer notifications, and cost-effective pricing, this solution has underpinned Chilly’s Bottles’ strong customer service offering.
Sustainability
Sustainability is at the heart of Chilly’s brand, and Asendia being carbon neutral support them enormously with that. Chilly’s wants to be the market leader in sustainability and help reduce single-use plastics wherever they can.

Asendia achieved 100% carbon neutrality in January 2022. All of our international transport emissions are offset, including those of our last-mile delivery partners, as well as parcel returns, our building emissions, machinery and necessary business travel. This means every Chilly’s parcel shipment carried out by Asendia is 100% carbon neutral.
