Asendia UK Achieves Great Place to Work® Certification for the Second Year Running

23 July, 2026

We're proud to share that Asendia UK has once again been recognised as a Great Place to Work®, achieving certification for the second consecutive year. Retaining this recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to creating a workplace where our people feel supported, valued and empowered to succeed.

This achievement builds on another fantastic year of employee feedback. Our employee engagement score increased to 86%, up from 82% last year, demonstrating even stronger engagement and participation across the business.

The Great Place to Work® certification is based entirely on anonymous employee feedback, making this recognition especially meaningful. It reflects the trust our colleagues place in the organisation and provides valuable insights into where we're succeeding and where we can continue to improve.

Looking Ahead

Achieving Great Place to Work® certification for a second year is something we're incredibly proud of, but it's not the finish line. We'll continue listening to our people, acting on their feedback and investing in initiatives that strengthen our culture.
