The designated operator of the Philippines, PHLPost, asks us to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that, as a precautionary measure and to prevent the possible spread of COVID-19 to PHLPost personnel, the following international mail processing centres are suspending operations from 4 to 18 June 2020:
- PHMNLA, MNL CMEC Air – Letter and parcel-post air dispatches
- PHMNLB, MNL CMEC EMS – Express post dispatches
The operations of these two centres will be limited to acceptance of inbound international dispatches only.
Please note that Post-to-Post customer service using the Internet based inquiry system remains operational. However, as customer service personnel are working from home and may have intermittent Internet connections, designated operators are encouraged to communicate customer service concerns by e-mail to the following addresses:
- Air dispatches – firstname.lastname@example.org
- Express post dispatches – email@example.com / firstname.lastname@example.org
Any requests for clarifications or general inquiries about PHLPost and postal services in the Philippines should be sent by email to email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com and/or firstname.lastname@example.org.
