Asendia has acquired wnDirect. As part of their strategy to develop and grow international e-commerce delivery solutions, Asendia Group and wnDirect are pleased to announce that, following an acquisition process, the global e-commerce business wnDirect Ltd will be joining the Asendia Group.

Asendia Group’s overall global ambition is to become a major player in the international e-commerce and mail market. wnDirect will start to be merged with Asendia UK, operating as Asendia UK, creating a new, larger, e-commerce focused, technology driven business with an expanded range of commercial and postal delivery services, mail solutions, and fulfilment capabilities. This will be under the leadership of Simon Batt, who is currently the CEO of wnDirect.

The Management Board of the new UK company will be made up of team members from both Asendia UK and wnDirect to ensure a sense of continuity into 2019 and beyond.
