Service Updates - Coronavirus Impact

We are committed to keep customers up to date in these uncertain times, and the table below outlines the current impact we are seeing today across key destinations for traffic originating from the UK. Please be advised, your Account Manager will update you on any specific issues relating to your volumes.

We continue to monitor the situation very closely and are following the guidelines of the UK Government, and the NHS. We continue to expect delays as we cross borders, as many countries are now conducting health screening on international drivers and limiting access, which is causing a backlog at international entry points. Furthermore, due to limited availability, some airlines are now imposing surcharges on air-freight. If this affects you, your Account Manager will speak to you directly.
