International Services

Canada: Update 22nd July

Further to the forest fires in the Fort Murray area,  all mail operations are back to normal.

Slovenia: Update 21st July

The sorting centre in Ljubljana, where the office of exchange 1003 Ljubljana is also located, was affected by a fire. This means all operations were terminated so there was no mail being forwarded on the morning of 21st July. Those that were scheduled in for last Thursday afternoon and evening will be forwarded but not all posted items were included. The forwarding of outbound mail and delivery of inbound mail are expected to be affected for the coming days. No postal items have been damaged.

Brazil: Update 19th July

Due to the custom strike in Brazil customs is operating on a limited schedule, trucking connections are taking 2 to 3 additional working days. Also, air connections via GRU could result in 1 to 2 additional working days.

Also, due to changes in the transportation logistics during the hosting of Olympic Games, mail delivery services to Rio de Janeiro may be delayed from 19th July to 20th September.

Services to France

Due to the tragic incident in Nice, mail delays were expected in the city from 15th July. It's been confirmed that all postal services have now returned to normal.
