International Services

Uruguay: Update 24th October

The strike by Uruguayan postal workers is still ongoing. It has been advised to postpone the dispatching of parcels to Uruguay as their processing will be delayed for the duration of the strike.

Chile: Update 20th October

There will be delays in the processing of inbound and outbound mail as a result of the industrial action being taken by Chile’s customs staff from 20th – 21st October.

China: Update 19th October

On 18th October Typhoon Sarika slammed into China’s northeast coast. This has caused delays in the delivery of letters, parcels and EMS items.

The affected areas include Hainan, Guangdong and Guangxi. The delivery office codes for the areas affected are 510xxx, 530xxx, 570xxx, 571xxx and 572xxx.

Hong Kong: Update 19th October

All mail operations have been affected due to the Typhoon Haima bringing downpours and gale-force winds.
