International Services

New Zealand: 13th November

There may be delays in many parts of the South Island and lower part of the North Island. This is due to the earthquake that occurred in Hanmer Springs in South Island.

Brazil: Update 11th November

Delays are expected in the processing of inbound and outbound EMS items as a result of an industrial action being taken by Brazilian customs staff responsible in inspecting such items.

Sweden: Update 11th November

Due to heavy snow in Stockholm the roads are blocked by vehicles around the area. Therefore mail operations may be delayed between 24 to 48 hours.

Chile: Update 10th November

There may be delays in the processing of all incoming and outgoing postal items (letters, small packets, parcels and EMS) due to an industrial action by the customs staff.
