  • Entry point to Belgium for La Poste is Charleroi
  • Delivery of mail from La Poste is not affected
  • No more backlog to African countries

Update: 6th April

On 6th April there was a road blockage which caused delays in deliveries. This is due to Belgium truckers protesting.

Bolivia: Update 7th April

Following a labour dispute, the Labour Unions of Postal Workers of Bolivia (SINDECOBOL) called a national strike as of 28th March 2016. Since then there have been delays in the processing of incoming international mail, affecting the delivery of EMS items, parcels and LC/AO items in general. As of 6th April the national strike had ended.

Greece: Update 6th April

The Supreme Administration of Greek Civil Servants Trade Unions has announced a 24-hour strike on Thursday 7th April. The Air Traffic Control personnel are also participating in this strike. Flights destined/departing to/from Greek airports will be affected. These actions will affect both international and domestic mail transportation.
