International Services

Greece: Update 9th May

The Confederation of the Greek workers and the Association of the Civil Servants announced a 48-hour strike from Friday 6th May to Saturday 7th May. This resulted in a 48-hour delay in both international and domestic mail collections and deliveries.

Israel: Update 9th May

There may be a delay in mail due to the Yom HaZikaron (Memorial Day) public holiday on Wednesday 11th May - Thursday 12th May.

Services to France

Expect a delay in some mail from the Rouen Madrillet (76800) distribution centre due to an industrial action.

Expect a one day delay for some mail from departments 02 and 80 to the entire territory due to a technical problem at the sorting centre of Amiens.

Expect a day’s delay for some letters from Department 60 to the entire territory. This is due to a technical problem at the Creil PIC sorting centre.


UK Services 

Air, Road and Rail

A small amount of mail posted in North East Scotland, the Orkneys and Shetlands for delivery in Central and Southern Scotland on Saturday will arrive later than expected. This is due to technical issues with a flight from Aberdeen to Edinburgh on Friday evening.

The rest of the UK network operated well over the weekend.
