Service Update Bulletin 7th March

International Services

World Health Organisation: Update 1st March

The World Health Organisation declared the spread of the Zika virus on 1st February. While investigation continues there is no reason to suspect that the transmission is possible through the handling of mail.

Australia: Update 7th March

Australia post is unable to send ‘attempted’ or ‘completed’ delivery scan events for items where the barcode begins with the letter LW. This is due to Australia post experiencing IT difficulties over the last month, which is expected to be fixed by mid-March.
