Standard Returns

For shipments up to 2kgs with no tracking information, suitable for low value goods. A standard label: just upload the label on your website and the shoppers can download it easily.

Tracked Returns

For shipments up to 2kgs with tracking information, check content and online management of returns, suitable for low to medium value goods.

Premium Returns

For shipments up to 30kgs with tracking information, and partly paid or prepaid returns. For your shoppers in Switzerland we offer additional services including support with customs, VAT, consolidating returns and more.
