Hayley has been working in the mail industry for nearly 15 years, specialising in the press and logistics sector. Joining the industry as an Account Executive has put Hayley in a distinctive position of understanding the important of providing excellent customer service, as well as being able to understand products and processing from end to end.

Jen previously worked at BTB Mailflight for over 12 years. She has managed many high profile publishing accounts, including IPC Media, TSL, and Wolters Kluwer. She continues to be an active member of the Royal Mail SMP Programme, the PPA and the MDAS Plus Accreditation Scheme.
There isn't much that Jen doesn't know about magazine mailings! She has in depth and detailed knowledge about polywrapping solutions, inserting and addressing options, UK and International mail routes and methods and ABC auditing requirements.

Jacqui Sumner joined Swiss Post International in 2011, bringing with her over 12 years' experience in New Business and Business development within the distribution and mailing industries.
Initially working with the retail sector of Swiss Post, Jacqui transferred to General Sales during the merger that created Asendia UK. Progressing through to the Wholesale Sector, the E-commerce Sector and then on to the Press and Publishing Sector at the end of 2015.
In her own words, Jacqui has said, "My experience covers cross-borders shipping of mail and goods, finding solutions for direct marketing campaigns and business mail, both, nationally and internationally. This experience and my enthusiasm for the, forever changing, postal sector ensures that no day is ever the same and I love that! I really enjoy the challenges, the continual learning as the sector evolves and finding the best solutions and services to meet the needs of both my clients and their end customers."
Heather previously worked for BTB Mailflight as an Account Manager, with years as an Account Executive under her belt too.
"I really enjoy advising customers on the best options for their mailings. With my experience as an Account Executive I have very good operational knowledge, so can help customers come up with creative ideas that can be realised within the limitations of bulk mail production and distribution".
Adrianne previously worked at Pitney Bowes as a Client Service Specialist so has a great understanding of the customer needs. The natural progression was into an Account Manager, building and maintaining long-lasting customer relationships.
